Ah, interesting!

I saw he went early this morning positively on Dybala, but then said he’d had to pull/delete the post. Clearly that deal was looking bloody close at one point then, if that’s where he works. Gutted!

Simply put, no.

But ask me again mid-Sept when all the windows have shut and it could be a very different answer!

We've managed to (so far) keep Eriksen, Rose and Toby which is great news in my book.
Add to that N'Dombele which is a marquee signing, Sessegnon and Lo Celso who all seemed to be Poch's preferences and it's a very very good window!

However, if we lose any 2 of them by Sept, or all three, then suddenly that squad is looking as thin as it was last season! 2-3 first team players gone. Even more thin when you factor in the sale of Tripps, Llorente and Foyth's injury.
 
Surprised Edwards is still with us after today. Expected him to go to Brentford. Same with Wanyama.

So, another two weeks (I think?) to go before we find out if we can offload GKN and Aurier back to france, and whether or not we get raided from the continent for Toby, Eriksen, and Rose!
 
Im on the fench till the windows shut elsewhere.

If CE leaves we are struggling in the forward area - yes parrot can step up - but how much of an impact will he have.

I would sign sturridge on a year deal/pay as you play.

Has anyone ever signed a player on a pay as you play contract? And more to the point what sort of idiot would actually willing sign themselves up to such a deal anyway?

No net spend... that’s assuming we sell eriksen for a decent fee which may or not be possible

I’m amazed no one has jumped on the fact we’re not paying for Le Celso today
