The perfect time to sign him was that January when Kane and Son got injured. He was doing well for Peterborough at the time and would easily have been gettable for us for a reasonable fee which would also have appeased Mourinho as he was desperate for a centre forward. I mentioned him as an option back then when we were talking about the fact we again had zero strikers available. Times like that when we didn't bring in anyone make me wonder whether THFC actually has a scouting department?Quality player from what I’ve seen of him.
Exactly the type of signing (age, ability, potential) we should be making.
Does this indicate we're keeping Skipp?
You think Jose would have been appeased by the arrival of a striker from League One?The perfect time to sign him was that January when Kane and Son got injured. 100 times more appeased than the arrival of no strikers. You think Jose would have been appeased by the arrival of a striker from League One?
United buying Sancho is great business
If it goes through very quick he may even get games at the Euros
They've needed a right sided attacker for quite a while. If you watch Utd games their attack is quite unbalanced with everything coming from the left or centre. They've played Greenwood there at times because of his left foot and he has done pretty well, but he's not a winger. So the Sancho purchase isn't gratuitous at all.Do they need another attacking player? their buying has zero fudging strategy.
Good player but don't see how he takes the team to another level.
He is instantly their best attacker IMODo they need another attacking player? their buying has zero fudging strategy.

Everytime I see him play I remember how close we got to getting him. Oh well, another what could have been. [emoji30]He is instantly their best attacker IMO
The lad will own the right hand side for them and they can move Greenwood central
He is so young and he is getting better and better
We fudged up massiveky not taking him in the Walker deal
YepEverytime I see him play I remember how close we got to getting him. Oh well, another what could have been. [emoji30]
