Good signing for them, even if a replacement for Grealish. Is it that much of a step up from Newich for him though, without Grealish they’d be in the relegation battle imo?

Villa are building a very good squad. If Watkins keeps progressing they will be a better side then us.
Lets see whether Grealish stays first. I'm also not sure he's what we need - add a couple CBs and we'll look a lot better, assuming we get a manager at some point before the start of the season
We obvioulsy dont know the details, but given there is a sell-in clause in addition to add-ons, its conceivable that that could net Norwich say £50m
