Chelsea have sold Abraham for 40m, had good offers for Broja, wouldn't let him go, sold Jorginho, Zouma, Tomori, Emerson etc. Yeah, there is no comparing them to us.

Chelsea's great business, they sold Werner, Emerson, Jorginho, Gilmour and Batshuyai for about €65m-70m in the summer and lost the likes of Rudiger on a free transfer. They paid €47.5m for Werner alone a couple of years ago. They can't get rid of Lukaku after paying over €100m a couple of years ago. Really great business...

We will not get a fee on Rodon, same with Winks, Tanganga and others. The squad is full of undesirables.

I think our best bet is using players as part of deals, if we are after Guehi at Palace we should give them money and Dier. If we want Urgate from Portugal we pay money and Royal.

Just need to get rid of some of our Rubbish, Barnes from Leicester money plus Davies and Tanganga. Sarr from Watford money and Winks and Rodon.

It will be the only way to get rid of half the rubbish we have. Not sure any club would take Lo Celso or Ndombele.

In theory there should be little movement of players between the PL big clubs. Too much risk of improving your rival.

Even the two that I assume City thought were surplus, might be a big part of City not winning the title.

But, it is where the money is.

I think that model with certainly change though given the incoming financial restrictions, City whose previous model was churn and burn with little onsale will have to change to prop up their incomings.

Banned once, under investigation now to 100 charges, I think there is a time your PR and lies are up. At the end of the day the owners like any owners will want a more sustainable model anyway, its how much of the Middle East works, early cash dumps till the infrastructures up and running and then they expect a model that works longer term

More than 50m for Emerson and Zouma. I would sell any 2 non-starting defenders of ours for that sum, would just let them take their pick(Sessegnon, Sanchez, Tanganga, Royal etc). I would even sell 2 of our starting ones, Dier and Davies.
As for City, their bench is more expensive than our whole squad, if you exclude Kane and Son. You need to have big money and most of them don't want to leave because they know they will be winning trophies. City is so based it can afford to sell Sterling for 50m to Chelsea because they are to far off to pose a threat.

We wouldnt get close to 50m for 2 of that group! Might get £20m for Dier (wages dependent) and think we'd find takers for all the others though some might need to go to Spain or upper Championship. Again, wages key to whether there might be a taker
