Yep, and would be stupid if Jose didnt try to get him fired up and performing if he's here next Tuesday. My guess though is that we're actively looking to find a buyer for him though, rather than him just being available for the right price as most squad players would be

I think it's too much. Add to that that the lads on the bench tonight (like Kane, Doherty, Hojbjerg, Sanchez and Lucas) have to prepare for tonight and some will also come off the bench to play. Particularly Kane if we're losing.
 
Could be a bit of a make or break moment for Gedson. All been a bit meh from him so far and with real competition for places now he'll find chances to prove himself hard to come by.

Massive option to buy clause. Will heve to start showing a lot more for us to activate that. I suppose we could renegotiate, but to even do that he has to start playing and playing well. Has to take the few chances he'll get, but there won't be many.

Perhaps. Definitely a risk in terms of injuries, and a risk that we'll see a drop in performances on Sunday. Can't see how Mourinho could play it any other way.

A chance today for players to put themselves in contention for Sunday though. Aurier, Tanganga, Reguilon etc. Assuming Ndombele plays today and Sunday, but could be a few more.
 
I'm very pleased Kane is on the bench, that was my main concern. The guy will definitely get injured if he plays Sun Tue Thu Sun Tue Thu Sun... like Son did.

Decent team, will be interesting to see how we play, let's go.
 
I will be amazed if we even get it to ET. Just dont think we have enough threat up front to get anything from this, sadly I see a 1-2 or 1-3 reverse
