Wonder whether this performance indicates that Conte will go to his Inter formation eventually (esp once he's signed another CM)
 
Well, that's an entertaining half of football. We can't really expect to be better than this Liverpool side, but I feel pretty confident that we're leading on xG. Well done so far, boys.
 
Think Winks Dele and Sessegnon have done well.

Ndombele is leaving Emerson exposed, we look vulnerable down that side.

Son looks off the pace.

i think Moura could have an impact here, they look open when we recover the ball.

Very open game though, overall better than I expected. Hope we don’t end up regretting the missed chances.

Well aslong as we are above them on the xG charts thats the main thing.:rolleyes:
 
Proud of the team but it looks like going the usual way (against them) that we miss easy chances and lose by a goal or two. Sess has been great. We are making the right choices in passing to expose them, surely a Conte pattern. Hope he can have a big effect at half time. I’d get Skipp on for Ndoms. Their system is functioning better than ours, as it should with Conte not being here long.
