*** Tottenham Hotspur vs Saudi Sportswashing Machine - OMT (Spurs Edition) ***

Buzzing, what a day for football. Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Saudi Sportswashing Machine all have tough games today, if everything goes as I hope we'll finish in the top four.

We have a stronger team than against Liverpool and Pardew will probably play 4-4-2. 4-4-2 without Tiot?® and Cabaye will be a disaster for them, 4-0 Spurs.

Is forecast to be about -3 at ko, with undersoil heating it will be fine and not been any snow on the ground in central london for a good 4 or 5 days

Roads around Enfield are fine, going to be a cold one. Hopefully there will be a few goals going into the Saudi Sportswashing Machine onion-bag to keep us warm.

As mentioned, all finished before we kick-off so we will know where we stand beforehand. I think maybe 1 pt for Liverpool, and defeats for Arsenal and Chelsea would be the preferred scenario

We havent scored a late injury time goal this season.

Actually the last 3 i can remember of are from aaron lennon. Birmingham at home two seasons ago, liverpool at home and Saudi Sportswashing Machine away last season.

Nikos winning goal against Bolton last season was also deep into injury time

Oh is there a Spurs game today? you'd never have guessed what with the media talking about Redknapp being the new England manager.

I looked at the weekend fixture list last night, and a warm sense of comfort swept over me.

Its felt like a mid season soap opera recently

Five hours till we kick off and I'm already nervous as hell. Might have to hit the beer soon. Can't sit through two other matches thinking about how important a win will be.

Defoe/Lennon back but VDV out?

I think Kranjcar earns a place in the team, where he can do some damage

...........Parker.....Modric
Lennon.......Kranjcar.........Bale
................Adebayor

Whilst that makes sense, I cant see Harry playing Krancjar there. He's had the chance to go with him there before however hasnt taken the chance to. Its pretty much naile don that Defoe will play up top with Bad Ade

I could live with Defoe/Adebayor - no problems there.

I just think Niko is the perfect cover for VDV, and this is the system that has served us so well all season

You a local one too mate? Roads are fine round here even the side roads are pretty much clear. My mum lives in Cuffley and it's pretty bad down there.

Out of everyone missing from the last match I hope Azzas back for this one. We genuinely look 100 times better with width and speed on both sides. Bale must feel like the loads been lifted from his shoulders too with Lennon playing too.

Other way round mate, apparently there will be a 90 minute break from the Redknapp for England campaign at tea-time today...

In truth, he's putting the finishing touches to his first Tottenglandham United team selection...

---------- ROBINSON -----------------
WALKER --- KING --- BOBBY MOORE --- STUART PEARCE
LENNON --- PARKER --- CARRICK --- JOE COLE
---- DEFOE ---- GEOFF HURST!!
