There is no way Poch sent them out to do what they have been doing in that first 45.

Ultimately it comes down to players doing their job and winning their battles, none of our players are doing that, it's a very lazy performance.

Tactically it has been poor. No width. If you have two CFs you have to service them. Walker and Rose must go outside their men and not cut back in to traffic. Simple really.

Sucks for Winks, but what do you propose would give us more width? We can't sacrifice Wanyama or Dembele - they're needed just to offer some flimsy shield in front of the back four, if nothing else. We need width, so Son for Eriksen seems like a natural switch. So who do we put on the other flank? And who do we take off? Janssen's been unbelievably bad - hasn't even held the ball up, which is something he was decent at doing earlier. But he's a striker, and we need a goal. But we do not need another CM, since West Ham are sending it straight and long and bullying us down the flanks anyway.

I take your point about GKN not being on the bench, but something needs to change, sharpish.
 
Agree with Harry, we need width.
Poch can provide width by using Verts as LB and moving Rose to LM and putting Trippier on to RM.
A bit of lateral thinking and provide some service to our two strikers.
 
45 minutes to put it right.

Poch hasn't nailed rotation. We need some structure to rotate from. Internationals and injuries, especially the one to Toby hasn't helped.

If the rest of the team was moving correctly there would be more space and less traffic.
