****Tottenham Hotspur v BVB********* OMT Official

It is looking a lot more positive than in a long long time, and nothing pleases more.

A long way to go, and we’ve got duck feathers on the bench. So we must keep it going!

As for what’s different? We’re much higher up the pitch, for one thing. Romero seems to be stepping much further up and breaking the lines. Even more so now that we’re one man more and two goals up. And we’re committing bodies forward.

And it seems like we’re playing with a lot less caution or fear, if you prefer.

Enough to turn things around? There’s hope, but that would depend on holding it together to the end of this match. And then to learn and understand what made this work, and develop it. I think it is too late, if the wheels are in motion already. If not, it could buy some time.

Ball being help up top allows the team to transition

Also stops our attacks turning into the other teams counter attacks

Tactically we're not really doing anything differently, we've just been more decisive in our actions.
I think Romero set the tone early doors with Porro, both were excellent.
Udogie and Spence's work had allowed Simons to be freer. Gray and Bergvall have been very mature.

I’d take winning the CL and getting relegated. Just saying.

I am actually with you there. I have never seen Spurs win the League or European Cup in my lifetime. If we could win either I would die a happy man

Said similar before CL2019, had we beaten Liverpool (especially them of all teams) I would have happily not complained if I did not see us win another trophy during my lifetime.
The EL wasnt a bad 2nd(or 3rd) choice, but I would really like to feel the elation of my team lifting one of THE major trophies

Absolutely delighted to see Frank smiling when the goals went in, whatever people might think of his tenure so far it's been horrible watching him on the touchline when the boos are ringing out.
Great half, jesus christ this clubs mental.

Yes, I noticed, and felt the same. Saw he has gotten a rather distinct gray patch of hair I haven’t noticed before. I don’t envy anyone going through the stuff he has been going through.
