****Tottenham Hotspur v BVB********* OMT Official

It’s obvious what’s happened. TF found a file in the changing room covered in BBQ sauce and Foster’s stains, marked TOP SECRET, and which contained a secret master plan outlining how to lose the vast majority of PL games, while simultaneously ensuring relegation can’t happen by January and leading to the winning of a European trophy.

This feels like Bobby Robson Italia 90. Forced into a change in terms of shape/ deployments, Simons free to roam, and Spence LW has been inspired.
Credit where it is due, Frank has got a great performance out of them first-half (not bothered about calibre of oppo, you play who you play).

And again, delighted to see him vindicated on Solanke. Delighted to be wrong on his decision to use the player tonight.

Do I have to watch it?
I wasn't, but my son (who is more city/Haaland than Spurs) demanded to see Tottenham, as that would somehow rectify the disappointment of watching city getting thrashed by our local top team.

What a 1st half! Where has this team been all season? The power, aggressive press, passing, movement. Just magnificent, despite missing 14 odd players! What's happened?

he wasn't forced, he was waiting

Great performance, even before the sending off. Hope they can keep it up in second half, get a couple of goals and get a few youngsters on

Solanke has made a real difference, as long as he doesn't get injured it's been totally justified.

Really enjoyed these players showing they can play football which most know they can, and really happy they are still playing for Frank....
Absolutely delighted to see Frank smiling when the goals went in, whatever people might think of his tenure so far it's been horrible watching him on the touchline when the boos are ringing out.
Great half, jesus christ this clubs mental.

Was thinking I would just be watching this numb for 90 minutes like I have done, most of the time for the last few weeks

But after the first few minutes I was getting quite excited, I even celebrated the 1st goal with arm pump. The 2nd I initially thought was offside so couldnt go wild until I saw the replay

See what happens when we show some real attacking intent!

As posted earlier, would love a 3rd before the hour mark so we could think about seeing some of the kids off the bench later on

He could have played Muani, he chose to play Spence.

He could have kept Tel, he chose to go with Solanke.
