Whether players are decent or not is irrelevant. The team performance is the most important. It's everything. The performances over the last 18 months or so are some of the worst results we've had in 20 odd years. You can debate the individual qualities of particular players. I think its notable that we had to fend off serious interest in our players a few years ago and ended up losing some to other clubs. There doesn't appear to be any serious interest in any of our key players ...
