But let's also recognise how difficult that is to do, and even harder to sustain.
Name one team that has in the past 50/60 years?
-Bankrolled Blackburn for a little bit in the 90s.
-Emirates Marketing Project with oil money and possibly cheating
-Chelsea with dirty spoils of ripping off a nation
-Us under Poch (top 4 for a few years and a CL final - I know that isn't winning anything, but it is the modern version of breaking the status quo).
That's why I asked @Bishop and the other poster if they'd accept an Abramovich or Saudi oil etc.
Levy isn't bad. He's playing against a stacked deck in a field of experienced winners.
