I've been complaining about this since last season. We are always defending on the back foot. It's so rare for our defence to actually be positioned and ready to defend facing their goal. We are always run ings backwards towards our own and then we question why we make so many defensive errors. It's all under pressure defending.

I'm not enjoying this spell but I keep seeing "out of his depth" cited everywhere and I don't get it.

With 12 players out and 11 games in five weeks, what would fergie do? Or Poch? Or Pep?

Genune question. I am not happy right now but I don't understand the vitriol towards the manager?

Fergie would have rotated and not been in that position in the first place, he was brilliant at it.
 
It's been better the last 15. Not good, but better. Hopefully there's more in us and we can keep improving as the game goes on.

For a start those managers don’t or didn’t play a “system” that causes so many bloody injuries.

It's not a PL thing, I watched a deep dive analysis of him and that was one of the criticisms of his game in German football also. It's was implied it was the reason he didn't get many games for Bayern at striker and instead was used as wide forwards.

Remember as well playing for Bayern, he played for a team that was largely in control and so he would have been able to use his attacking abilities to the best whereas at Spurs....we all we are a bit of a shambles.

2 new players settling and two 18 year olds and a 17 year old playing an unforgiving system.

The issue I have with Ange is the lack of sophistication with our press. Maybe it is because we are not playing as high a line as we would if everyone was fit.
