I'd be fine with regularly updated still pics. But It's actually been discovered that it is the setup on the OS that is the weak link, not the camera feed itself. If you open the source stream in VLC or AcePlayer, the picture is much better and with no freeze or buffering. The links for the cameras are :

It looks like they've been waiting for them to arrive on site. Don't know if they've been sitting somewhere else or not been produced yet. Two were put in today and the last available bit on the east side should get poured tomorrow, just in time to get all the scaffolding out before the Leicester game.

I don't know about Spurs, but Liverpool used the same agency who did this kind of thing for West Ham, Wembley, Emirates Marketing Project and originally Arsenal.

Football clubs are so unoriginal.
