How is the steel still standing? I can't see that the right part of it is attached to anything unless my eyes deceive me? If so surely it would just collapse.
They built the new stadium around it.

Which part are you referring too? The east side vertical truss is "embedded" in the new stand. How is the steel still standing? I can't see that the right part of it is attached to anything unless my eyes deceive me? If so surely it would just collapse.
Yeh would have been easier to mention that wouldn't it! East side yes. Couldn't see it embedded. My bad.Which part are you referring too? The east side vertical truss is "embedded" in the new stand.
Fit out is already better tooEven if we stop now and put a pitch in the middle we'd still be closer to the pitch than WHU.......
I vote we leave it where it is, give it a coat of gloss and pretend it is our "Wembley Arch"I'm looking forward to seeing how they will remove the trusses. My guess is they will cut out the horizontal part and use the two crawler cranes for lifting it and turn it 90 degrees and put it down.

That capacity is really bugging me........can't we just put 1 more seat in??
Honest just one more seat, Guv....it's the 61,559 numbers thing...it's making me feel all uncomfortable.Yeh and then you'd want another 40 and then another 400 and then another 8,000.
Never satisfied! Give you an inch and you want a foot!
Flick through some more of the latest shots from our new stadium site... #SpursNewStadium
