He is saying the right things for sure, I really believe this is going to turn out a great signing. ( I have said that a few times over the last 50 years though :D)
 
Have always liked this guy and was always excited to be linked with him in previous years. Eriksen was the same, was one of my favorite players to watch and when we signed him i was overjoyed.

Same here liked him since seeing him play years ago for Ajax.

I cant understand why Spurs and other English clubs dont take more advantage of players from Holland.

Hundreds of games together for him and Jan (for Ajax and Belgium) should mean he should slot in perfectly and be up and running from the start!

'Spurs have plenty of centre halves now. Obviously Vertoghen and Tobi will be their starters, they only signed Wimmer, and Dier looks set for a bright future; however the rest of them are likely up for grabs at the right price.

Maybe we should look there for Tobi's replacement.

Kaboul is finished and Fazio is a bit too slow for the EPL but Chriches looked a player when he first signed just had a couple of injuries, I wouldn't say no at the right price. '

I'll drive him there myself.

Hooray! Can't believe we're actually doing so much business so early in the summer. Excited by this signing.

I'm sure there's at least one combination of players that as an XI has a 100% win ratio. Even if it was just for one game.

It's funny that, I was born and brought up in Northern Ireland. Spurs are fairly well represented and respected over here, not much hatred. I went to Uni in Saudi Sportswashing Machine and now have a variety of friends from all over england, and every single one of them fudging hates us. As a young 18 year old, I really didn't expect it.

I love it though!

That's why I was really pushing for this to happen they play well together and will make us stronger. I feel sorry for Fazio though as I thought towards the end of the season he was looking as he had settled to the English game better.
