The *WHEN* we go down thread

Our biggest loss has been Odobert 100%, he made things happen, was direct and at 1 point him, Tel and Xavi looked like they could turn into a deadly trio. We literally have nothing on the wings if Tel doesn't play. Richie, Muani and Solanke are all strikers that are not creative.

I’m flip flopping so much I should be on a beach somewhere.
Trying to gird myself for the worst case scenario whilst trying to be positive as well.
If Leeds don’t lose tonight we are in trouble. If they do lose, we have a chance but need to bloody win a game.
I know! Last night I was all ‘we can still do this’, this morning I was doom and gloom we’re done for and now I’m back to optimistic. Only football can do this to people. I love it but I also fudging hate it

We won't be playing Rovers in the Championship next season but want to see games like this, hopefully with bigger crowds.

I know he supports us (or has a soft spot for us) but I love listening to Roy Keane’s positivity about us. He talks a lot of sense and bucks the SkyBias

RKM is a second striker, nothing more. He might flourish in a 4-4-2 but is a waste hugging the touchline out on the wing.

We're absolutely fudged. Don't want to feel everything is against us. But anything that can go wrong is going wrong.

Must've signed a deal with the devil for us to win the Europa league last season. This is the price I return

I get it mate. It's causing me all sorts of stress and bad thoughts today after 3 weeks of relative calm.

I'm seeing an awful lot of "we're down, it's done" from fans online and in the real world. Objectively, it's a stupid opinion. We're two points from safety with 18 to play for. Far, far worse situations have been turned around with worse squads. Admittedly, the form is the strongest argument against mine but I just can't see how something doesn't break our way soon. It just has to - this is completely unprecedented.

For the people saying we're down, I think it's a rush to be proven right ("I knew it weeks ago") and a coping mechanism. However, if we want the players to have a strong mentality, we shouldn't be feeling sorry for ourselves or throwing in the towel yet. The negativity online and the negativity in the stadium feeds into the narrative that we're down.

We're still fighting for survival. We still have a good shot at it - I'm going to hope until it's mathematically impossible. Otherwise, there's no point even watching/attending the games.
Stadium seemed positive to me before and during the last home game. How did that turn out?

I admire your positivity but I think it’s misplaced. I don’t think our squad has got a single pair of gonads between them, there are no leaders and they’ve thrown in the towel and thanked whatever GHod they do or don’t kneel to that they’re getting paid 50/60/100/200k a week for being utterly brick at their jobs.

I saw some green shoots vs Sunderland and they are not a bad team. I think if we drop Gallagher for Sarr and anyone else not doing it on match day reacting quicker we will be better.

It’s not that I don’t rate Romero but his heads gone , Danso coming in makes me more confident
I don’t rate Romero purely for that reason: when we have needed him - REALLY REALLY NEEDED HIM - where has he been? Suspended, lying on the floor complaining about fouls not being given, walking back into position or crying because he thinks he can’t play in the WC. I don’t think he gives one solitary fudge about Spurs. I’d far rather have Danso in the side.
