100% this, if he comes here and likes it we'd be in pole position to sign him in the summer.

Would love Guehi in the summer, think he'll leave then if he only has 12 months on his contract.

None of them seem great in challenging for the ball like a pure DM does though and would look better ALONGSIDE a specialist DM imo (maybe Gray but we've had ample opportunities to try him there)

I don't think Ange is known for playing a pure DM. But regardless of preferences it's a numbers game and i don't think we'll be adding to the 3 we currently have who can play the deepest central role.
