Agreed. If deals can be made that we would have made come the summer anyway we'll try, but we can't be signing players that aren't as good as players we could get in the summer I think.

Sounds like the sort of player we'd go for (21 yo, almost out of contract) and would fit well with what we need (successor to Hugo) but it would surprise me if we were attractive enough for him. That said, reason for optimism is that Liverpool, Emirates Marketing Project, Man U (Henderson), Chelsea, Real all probably wouldnt be looking for a keeper in the summer.

Is he really only 21? Been around for years hasn't he?
 
Would he slot in alongside Son in the front three as an upgrade to Moura/Bergwijn?

How's his off the ball work?

This guy has been talked about as linked with us for 2 seasons now
The issue was abs is that Bayer are flush after the Haivertz money and he is know for creating some trouble behind the scenes
The guys good but not good enough for the money they would want

What do you think of Jens Petter Hauge as an attacking option? I posted a highlights vid of him earlier in this thread, think he looks like a wonderful prospect.
 
I think Mourinho' s top target will be a huge strong dominant centre half. Hopefully one who will also be a threat from dead balls. We haven't had one of those for years.

Honestly only seen highlights of him so can not form an opinion. I watch a lot of French and German football, I like their leagues.

Not keen on Spanish or Italian football.
 
If Alli really is leaving on loan, and Winks may be the subject of offers, we need to be mindful again of the homegrown issue
