The false start rules have gotten really strict. I remember a time when everyone was allowed one, then it used to be the first one, whoever it was, got away with it.
 
Been a good day for GB, but it feels like so many missed golds and feeling deflates.

Gymnastics, sailing, mixed doubles, very narrowly missed out on 3 golds today
