The Official 2024/25 Premier League Thread

Liverpool have been the best team this season. However, feels like everything is going in their favour at the moment. If their season was a long distance car journey, all the traffic lights would be green. They’ve been fortunate with injuries. They’re a bloody hard team to stop when they’re rolling but you’ve got to think at some point they will get some injuries and setbacks. As long as Arsenal aren’t the team to capitalise then I don’t care who wins it, would be incredible if Forest did it!

5-0

They are going to win the league at a canter at this rate. At least I no longer have Liverpool fans around me at work crowing about it everyday anymore

You have to admire the way Liverpool attack, they just create so many clear chances, as we found out last week.

5 nil now. Salah is in imperious form right now, Showing Son how to do it in your thirties.

Excuse me now, I need to go and wash my mouth out.

I suppose the only bonus i have got form this weekend and last is on one of the websites you get a £1 Free bet for every goal scored if you place a £10 bet on the late Sunday game
14 Free Bets in 2 weekends, not bad I suppose

I watched Liverpool when they were 1-2 down against Fulham and had 10 men. They were relentless and will win the PL this season and deserved
Let's hope so. The only ones I see fighting them for it are the goons and they could get back into it, but with Saka out makes it more difficult. I dont have anything against Liverpool, dont get all the hate. Would much rather them win it than Chelsea, Utd, City or Goons.

Liverpool can squeeze the ball into the net. They are very good at ratcheting up the pressure with teams defending deep - it’s a masterclass every time I watch them.

Once in a while I meet up with some Liverpool fans and watch one of their games in our local.

When Gomez went down injured and they were down to 2 CBs as a club they all had a quick conversation. They all unanimously decided that January was the time to buy Branthwaite from Everton :)
