He has impressed me when I've seen him, don't know if he has the ability to develop his game. In a team like Everton he just has to defend and that his strength like Tarkowski an other good CB in their system. I thought vanHecke looked good yesterday first time I've seen him, I also like Dunk proper CB.

But they aren’t getting converted
So maybe the crosses could be better or needs better finishing
For the silly money that he would cost we would need a hell of an upturn. Would need a goal involvement every game
 
West Ham look threatening on the break but there is not enough players forward. When they break there is space but not a lot of options.
