Well that was an enjoyable watch.
Don’t shoot the messenger but I hear we are signing him...BTW, that Black Lives Matter guy is on a hat-trick now. Think I'll put a tenner on him getting the hat-trick
Giving him the old Robbie Keane song tooDon’t shoot the messenger but I hear we are signing him...
Jamie Carragher’s face looks like it’s been carved out of spam
Some games will be played middle of the day in June/July...and players probably not entirely match fit. Makes sense to me
So basically just more proof the "integrity of the competition" means fudge all, and the only reason for the restart is to please broadcasters and Liverpool.
Or more cynically to pave the way for this rule to become permanent help out the bigger teams with all the players they have stockpiled.Or less cynically, its to protect players
The ref is in charge...he can over-rule Hawkeye if he is convinced it’s made an error. And VAR for that matter.That hawk eye incident saved us 2 points on Sheffield Utd;
Hawk-Eye apologises unreservedly to the Premier League, Sheffield United and everyone affected by this incident.
A victory would have taken United up to fifth in the table and right into the battle to reach the Champions League. Their manager, Chris Wilder, said: “I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. The feeling of everybody at the time – both sets of players and staff – was the ball had crossed the line. And speaking to the referee, he said to me it had the feel of a goal. But obviously he’s got to rely on Hawk-Eye to make the decision.

Dont hold your breath. They will be redundant soon and it's all their own fault, instead of being part of the game they have chosen to be "in charge of the game" and failed to improve and adapt to change. Players and refs had a lot better relationship in the past and I believe a lot of this is down to TV and their culture of blame and need for incidents to debate.The ref is in charge...he can over-rule Hawkeye if he is convinced it’s made an error. And VAR for that matter.
Also, isn't that slogan a bit rasist in itself? Should be 'All Lives Matter' imo.
I wish they didn't all have Black Lives Matter on the back of their shirts, really hard to tell the black players apart now........

I also wonder if the integrity of the 3pm game not being live will disappear and we will see matches staggered over four days.
