I don't pay for my bank account unless you count a lack of interest paid, but that's no different to any other account, I just get a load of extras. My bank charges the people who don't pay in enough every month.

As for the parking - if I'm paying for valet parking anyway then it is free - there isn't an option for a cheaper version that doesn't come with priority passes.

It's not free, it's included in the price, it might be a better deal but you get nothing for nothing.
