Ha ha those are amazing flags - that is what football is all about - very good indeed

Can you imagine being able to do the same at the Lane against ArseAnal? What a happy day that would be, let them rot, the cheats

NO! we'd waste the entire 90 minutes singing the fudging Sol Campbell song!!

Honestly, that Celtic display was summit out of Medieval Europe... scary indeed!

(I liked their response to Rangers fans singing; "Rangers 'til I die" with: "Rangers 'til July!" very witty!!)

OT: City v Utd; THE UNMISSABLE FOOTBALL FIX

...and please take the meaning of 'Football fix' whichever way you deem fit!

Now I'm not sure if technically this is part of the Midweek games thread, 'cos it's more of an individual case, so hear me out (then whoever can move it, if need be, feel free) but answer honestly;

can I be the ONLY person to think that SOMEONE (Sky/Premier League?) have somehow MADE sure that tonight's game still means something...?

The ridiculous points Man Utd have dropped recently (especially v Wigan & Everton) simply don't normally happen, (not to mention the additional goals City have scored, but they've done that before, so I'm not griping about that) but the two together have now ensured that Sky get their eagerly anticipated, MONEY SPINNING 'Cup Final-esque' all-day Coverage... there's less coverage before a World Cup Final!!

Who honestly doesn't think that when Man Utd started pulling away from City a few weeks ago, the 'powers that be' at Sky started getting nervous, the prospect of tonight's game NOT meaning anything was something that COULDN'T happen... and lo and behold, now it not only means something... but has become the DO OR DIE MOST IMPORTANT GAME EVER PLAYED IN THE HISTORY OF FOOTBALL... EVER!!!!!!!

Honestly, I don't think Ferguson would stoop that low... but there's plenty around who would!!!!

oh, and I still think our lasagne was tampered with... and that Princess Di & Michael Jackson are living together on a remote island!!!

time for my medication... whoooop-le dooo daaaa-poopoo!!

I really dont think someone has. I just think you have Manure, who arent as good as previous teams, buckling under pressure. Then you have bricky who are a multi million pound team on the pitch.

I mean did we drop our points on purpose? Someone could argue the same about top four race also.

Nah, we're just stoopid... I guess you're right, shame though, I thought I had a watertight theory in place and everything... dammit!!

Usually I'd want Utd to smash them aswell, but that means the title is all over. Don't want that with City going to Saudi Sportswashing Machine at the weekend.

To be honest I am actually very interested in this game and it reminds me so much of our game at Man bricky two seasons ago to get fourth. Remember the excitement we had? I fudgein cried when we won.

Win tonight and United have pretty much won the league - in their arch rivals' backyard. Obviously our circumstances were different as we did lock up 4th on the night, but what a feeling it was!

can't believe i'm saying it, but go City. They're still capable of blowing it somehow at QPR in their final game.
