I want Wigan to stay up, but it's a total embarassment how few fans they have! Can't be more than about 200 in the away end.

I never understood that criticism about them. Firstly, in this game anyways, must be so costly and time consuming (how far is Wigan from Norwich?), I cant imagine that people in Wigan earn that much to go travelling with the football club. Secondly theyre not a big club, theyre a tiny football club in a rugby town.

I sometimes think it's an advantage for Liv, City & United to have so many weak teams right on their doorstep... Would it be good for us if Wigan, Bolton & Blackburn all went down and were replaced by three closer sides, Wham, Soton & Brighton?

5 - If the Premier League had started on January 1, the bottom three would be QPR, Liverpool and Wolves, all with five points. Toil.

Tuned in to watch the Bilbao game tonight to watch Llorente only to find he's on the bench, along with Herrera and Javi Martinez ](*,)

At least Muniain is playing.

His genetic short-comings aside - I think you're being a little harsh, mate

He's probably just like us, inconditionally passionate about his club and probably couldn't bear going another season with Utd coming ahead of them. And if anythihg - we should know exactly what that feels like for decades and our rivals.

To be fair - I felt more or less like him on Saturday night when Saha's shot hit the post and rebounded off that tourettes cnut's leg. 2 inches was the difference between glory and eternal pain, bottling and sorrow. And it's been mostly the latter since I started watching in '94 so I can understand why people like him (as bankrolled as their success is) have that 'no, not again' feeling every now and then - because money does not erase history, only makes the future look better on paper

United in the driving seat. They should walk away with the title now
