The Goon Thread

might be something in that, I think you have to question his lifestyle generally, these repeated random injuries seem to be symptomatic of an athlete not taking the right care of himself, not necessarily illegal substances just too much junk food and beer/wine/ciggs, not enough sleep, improper training prep, the core of it is probably an attitude problem rather than a medical one

I think he is more alluding to the completely hypothetical possibility that Wheelchair is having some gardening leave as certain test results came up positive and the club are trying to hide him away to sort out his issues before coming back on the playing roster and potentially being caught by those who wield big sticks.

yeah I got that, aside from that possibility he has had a myriad of small niggles throughout his career which suggest to me a lack of professionalism, 100 league appearances in 7 years is a pretty low return for someone their fans rate so highly

Injured in training again, Wenger really needs to tell his players to be careful with the way they throw themselves in to challenges with that lovely young man.

Although some could think that these injuries could actually be (alleged) over indulgance in the summer and failing internal testing by the club (again, allegedly)...
I'm fairly sure that injured squad members are not eligible for random drug tests. Not that that has anything whatsoever to do with the little chav.

What do you think of Wheelchair? Injured. What do you think of injured? Wheelchair. Couldn't happen to a more distasteful character.

I don't usually read this thread because that Gooner Neymar drives me up the wall, constantly referring to Spurs as "us" whilst it is as clear as day that he is a Gooner... but I did smile when I jumped to the first unread post from weeks ago that said Arsanal will be a real force this year if Wheelchair can remain fit!

typical knuckle dragger, not smart enough to respond in kind so gets the sovereigns out, what a prick

I've absolutely no idea who any of those people are ,or what's actually happened there! Gooners are, just in general, a bit cringeworthy.

How's those 15/20 points that Cech was going to earn arsenal going? I make that minus 2? Couquelin was poor yet again, full backs are still average and Walcott just way too hit and miss.

The commentary toss fest that was going on in the build up to the Goons game was enough to make me physically ill.. It was horrific!

'Cech is the saviour, the missing piece of the puzzle. Arsenal will push all the way for the title this year, blah, blah, blah!' - Long story short Cech fudged up twice and Arsenal came crashing back down to earth.

The so called 'expert' commentators that carried on in such a fashion should be disciplined following a result like that.. Pathetic, disgusting.. Hilarious. :D

It appears one of their jigsaw pieces has gone missing and now they need a world class striker.
