The wife is watching this now.
We saw it at the time, easily the best thing Corden has ever done, not that is a great yard stick.
Can't fudging stand the fat clam. I watch a lot of the NT Live stuff but it'll have to be significantly cheaper than free for me to watch that.

Just makes me sad as it is a Saturday night and we are not at the theatre. Would do anything to be having a steak dinner and a night at the theatre.
Everyone has to watch this. If it's even a fraction as good on NT Live then it'll be one of the best things you've seen in ages.

Sorry, wasn't very clear. I meant if NT Live is anywhere near as good as live.
Frankenstein lost a lot from being recorded, IMO. As did The Curious Incident for that matter.
Frankenstein was very good - saw the NT Live version too and it's well worth a watch.
Anthony and Cleopatra is just fudging terrible no matter who puts in on and how. I'm convinced some hack just stuck Shakespeare's name on it to make it sell.
