I was thinking, the irony of modric being fined due to missing an important PR tour of the US and Levy not having any strikers on the tour to score goals lol, wonders if Levy will fine himself for his PR own goal.

he went to court for this, charges were dropped because the CPS didn't have enough to go on.. it was her word vs his. His girlfriend caught him with another woman. You can search, it's all online.

He was bailed and went to live with Kevin Nolan. He denied all charges but was fined £1000 for a separate incident.

We can get some odd stats. A few season ago there was a period where we conceded more goals when King played than when he didn't but gained more points.

That Bale figure is misleading. The numbers are right but I have 1.58 goals per game when Bale starts and 1.65 goals per game overall, which is not so significant. Nearly all the difference comes from 2009-10 where Bale only started half the games and some/many at full-back.

Im not one to really care about what the other team do in the transfer window but bloody hell - we really do need to fudging buy a striker or two. With each passing day im getting more and more angry. Its anger borne out of frustration and nervousness that we will end up this season with Kane and potentially Defoe although im sure if levy gets a 10m bid Defoe will go (so we could be left with Kane aaaaaaaaahahahhahhahaha)

Yeah he's good and young but I think he would not do well in the Prem initially Probably a move on loan to the dutch or portugese league would allow him to adapt to the greater speed of play. Also everyone saw the scouts they were there.

He came over to Spurs in November/December 2011 for a trial too. Looks a decent prospect, a lot of games under his belt for a young player (2 seasons in..).
 
Lyon play Porto at the weekend, Lloris v Moutinho, might be worth a watch
 
The Sahin and Carzorla rumours are worrying. They're two players I really rate. I was hoping actually Sahin might be on his way here as a Modric replacement. Bugger.
