btw Ajax have just said someones bid on Sulejmani. He looked a real talent back in the day (he's still only 23).

I'm guessing he's waited all summer assuming a Emirates Marketing Project or Chelsea would come for him and now he's only left with Zenit due to that crazy price tag.

Fair play to Porto though, no one else matched that fee AND they persuaded him to go there lol

Doubt he'd do that tbh. I mean after telling everyone that AVB doesn't want him or rate him...i mean you can't really worm your way around that.

Someone asked him what happened to Willian and he responded he's being replaced (as in replaced with another signing - i.e. Dembele)

Unless of course I read twitter wrong

Is anyone here still hoping for a shock signing deadline day signing? I love it when we're involved in the last few hours, makes it so much more interesting to watch haha*

Must be so boring watching SSN as Shrewsbury fan for example or as an arse fan knowing wenger has already said... "nope, Chamakh and Bendtner are more than good enough, I don't need anyone else"




*Assuming we've already sorted out the majority of our business beforehand, i'm not talking a Berba/Frazier deadline here.. more a nice surprise on top of the rest our business like a VDV.

Willian is not a winger nor is Dembele a natural CM but that's another 1000 pages all on its own

So - if we don't sign a 'wide man' - what then?

Why does it feel that only in England can player basically get away with being on strike until they move? We had modric, Berba, Dempsey at Fulham. It seems that player on the continent abide by they value their clubs put on them and play on until or if something changes. Hulk being a good example. Something has to change in the way contracts are written so players cannot do this brick they do here.

They are basically going on strike, we should be able to stop all wages until they reset their attitude. If I did not do the work i was contracted for I would not get paid.

Arcspace i think he's implying that we've switched targets and someone else will come in for that attacking midfield/wing role NOT Willian.
