Error prone due to poor concentration. He would have been 4th choice and we might not have gone for Vlad.

Because he's not good enough? He'd be 5th in line if we had Kaboul fit...why keep him if we're offered a good amount of money for him?

If there was a rule change that allowed Special Teams to be brought on for set-pieces, like they have in American Football, then Caulker would be the man to bring on for corners and whipped in free kicks but he is a bit too prone to lapses in concentration (still haunted by that howler at Goodison last season which cost us 3pts) to be first choice with us currently. He's only 21 years old though so has plenty of time to improve his concentration and might develop into a top notch CB in years to come.
