Ehhh... They are also adding a retractable roof to a massive stadium. You obviously don't understand the complexity of such a build. The weight and forces in play of such a structure are off the scale! It's a mammut project!I walk past that regularly, 4 years to add skins, do a car park, not adjustment to totals seats (probably improved corporate facilities) and some external landscaping ..
