Chelsea dont have long term foundations. In 15-20 years they will be remembered like Parma

Sadly they've gone on too long for that I think.

We used to sing "when the Russian goes to prison you'll be fudged".

Instead - just as they were in a precarious situation and got rescued by Abromvoich they got some American idiot who seems prepared to invest whatever it takes.

Right now given what they've spent Chelsea should be the best team in Europe. Fortunately they've tinkled it all down the drain and encumebred themselves with dross.

But ultimately over a period of over 20+ years they have had the support. They've won 2 champions leagues and have become established.

Obviosuly we all know they did that the dirty way but from this moment forth young tlents coming through will have known nothing other than Chelsea being London's most succesful side - and investrs won't see it any differently either.

Been a big Bills fan since 2006. Can't wait to visit this stadium...but also want one last trip to the current one. It's such an experience on a freezing cold winters day.

Sailed in past it on the ferry from Belfast on Monday; from the Mersey it looks like a Poundland version of our place.
