So he played a lot of the season with an injury and in pain.

Further explains a lot. The over-training would not have helped of course...
More rotation with Richarlison would have helped too.Further explains a lot. The over-training would not have helped of course...
Yeh and if true, you have to question the over playing of him when he was clearly having the knock on from the injury into his form. Dreadful squad management at times
With Richy and Danjuma there also. I know Richy splits opinion but seems he could have got a lot more gametime at LWF if Son was crocked all season.
Everyone assuming it's the club, but he did it under 3 different managers, maybe he should've said I can't play, would've been better all round.Well that was stupid, its never worth carrying an injury like that, just go and get it fixed, poor from the club, and the player.

Richy showed flashes and we know that a run can do wonders for a player. Aaannddd, Son after a rest is lethal! With Richy and Danjuma there also. I know Richy splits opinion but seems he could have got a lot more gametime at LWF if Son was crocked all season.
That is literally what management is.....Everyone assuming it's the club, but he did it under 3 different managers, maybe he should've said I can't play, would've been better all round.
Can someone link me to the source? Everyones running with it now and they all say “Korean Media” but no link.
Coach "Are you okay to play?"That is literally what management is.....
Coach "Are you okay to play?"
Player "Yes."
Not being a mind reader is bad management?
Haha that last but cracked meWouldn't the data from their GPS doo-dahs they all wear in training all week suggest he's not operating at full fitness too? and if it's a hernia issue, then surely the medical department can spot that from the mile off.
Then again our medical department....
This isn't Sunday league!Coach "Are you okay to play?"

Have you seen any of the documentaries on football clubs that have been released lately? This isn't Sunday league!
Only the player can tell if he is in pain or not. The medical team can't check for every possible issue that a player could be suffering from, they rely on the player to give them the information. That is literally what management is.....
