Sick sick world what is wrong with people

The Prince Andrew thing is a bit weird from the Pov that all the moves the royal family are making are screaming 'the boy done bad, very bad' ,yet the authorities aren't pinning him down or feeling his collar? (Yet?).
His own family obviously don't believe in him or anything he says, otherwise they'd stand behind him. Just that, says so much

Maybe they know what's coming down the pipe?

Def feels there is something coming down the pipe for sure.

Maybe. It wouldn't be a surprise at all if there was more to come.

Equally for the Royal Family it's all about protecting the 'brand'. They thought they had done that with Andrew stepping back from the public eye, until the recent revelations. Even then they didn't go the full hog until Thursday.
My reckoning is that William wants Andrew well out of the way before it's his (William's) time to take the throne.
All about distancing themselves from the scandal.

There must be something coming, especially if the crown is pushing him out.

We have a somewhat similar situation in Norway at the moment. The son of the crown Princess (that she had before marrying the crown Prince) - is raping people left right and center, snorting coke while driving and what have you - but is so far completely protected by the crown and the police. The cops once stopped him driving while under the influence (coke), but did nothing. Any normal John Doe would lose their license, get a huge fine and possibly jail time for it. It just doesn't look very good when someone is seemingly above the law.
 
My feeling is by removing his titles and distancing themselves, when the brick hits the fan, the brand is protected as he’s no longer part of that brand. According to reports even Fergie has parked him up now
