Sick sick world what is wrong with people

Not taken anything recreational in many years.

But the incident is directly linked to politics as she was protesting the work of officials. So it is clearly linked to politics.

I can not stand Starmer(and i actually got fooled into voting for him) but if i were out protesting a law his government had passed and was in a vehicle that was driven at law enforcement officers. Well you know I would run the very real risk of being shot. Not rocket science is it.

Her political leaning has zero impact on if she is alive or not........

Your inability to look at something rationally like does however have a political leaning, hence why you are obsessed with parroting the same lines

The agent had no legitimacy in thexsituation. The car was not preventing ICE going about their business at that time. ICE have no authority beyo d immigration. She wasn't an immigrant and they knew that. They were acting outisde of the law.

Also waving through the first set of agents suggests to me that she wasn't this major threat and they escalated the situation. THe fact there were ICE cars in the road ahead would limit her opportunities to turn round and ram anyone.

Once the agent that shot her was side on he was out of any danger, if he was in any then he shouldn't be in a job that needs such mental capacity to make a quick risk assessment on what's happening

She obviously panicked as the two ICE agents that approached her car weren't coming over to talk to her but ordering her to get out of the vehicle and quickly went about removing her from the vehicle. (attempting to open the door).

She's probably seen plenty of videos of ICE agents way of operating and she panicked.

Let's be clear...there is no part of the video that shows her using the car as a weapon or purposely aiming it to cause harm.

Whether the one officer has acted within remit, given the overall picture, and in alignment with his training....will probably (yeah, only probably) be revealed.

No one was in imminent danger, the care was not at the time being used as a weapon, they could have deescalated the situation before it became a weapon, if that was going to be the care.

The replies here just confirm all I have said about X and this country, we are descending back into the dark ages where social media is a safe space for the return of terms like "P4ki"

Yet jumping to his defence and making judgement that someone likely deserved to be shot dead isn't??

Given you are only privy to the same evidence we are, you are massively part of the problem your protesting about, just that you have picked another side

Just seen the latest video where she was aggressively confronting the officer beforehand. Not unreasonable at all on his part to think she was going to use it as a weapon.

Reminds me of the signs by train tracks about danger of death if you walked across.

Still it gives the left a new George Floyd moment to distract attention from there trouble making.

What video? If it exists why not share it.

She doesn't drive at him and is not accelerating towards him. She is moving forward and right to drive away as they originally told her too before they decided to get her out of the car. People will see what they want to see from both sides of the argument here so I get that the car moves forward but is turning away from him before he fires

The fore-shortening in the other angle doesn't show contact or driving at him. It confirms she was turning right. You can't tell from it how close they are and his movement doesn't show that he is hit by the car or anything. The other video where he clearly is untouched has been even more widely shared, so I find it very hard to believe you hadn't seen it before commenting here but just chose to use the one being used by the White House etc .. In that he holsters his gun, takes 5 seconds to compose himself, and then walks down towards the crash and then is filmed walking back up to the ICE vehicles a little later. To suggest there was contact is just fantasy. If he had to go to hospital it was to be treated for shock that he had just shot someone.

Interesting another video which apparently shows ICE refusing to let a doctor who happened to be there approach the crashed car to even see if she had a pulse which is just a bizarre take on the humanity of some of these people.

In all likelihood the massive recruitment of 'enthusiastic' (!) law-abiding citizens (🤣) into ICE over the last 6 months has produced a semi-legal militia who are not properly trained to deal with these situations. There was no need to fire at her face. He was badly positioned and he probably shouldn't have had his weapon out as there was no evidence she was armed or dangerous and he could simply have been both better positioned and reacted normally by stepping aside for the '2 ton weapon aimed at him'.
You're right, we don't know.

It don't know if she intentionally drove at the agent any more or less than the half-witted leftists screeching about her being murdered. It's absolutely impossible to tell either way from the two available angles.

I'm not sure why anyone thinks that they'd allow a person who was there to protest against them to be first to enter what may or may not be a crime scene.

To see if she was still alive?

You have absolutely zero humanity, have you?

A crime scene where the potential criminal is allowed to wander about, down to the crashed vehicle. No one securing the scene at all anyway because ....oh that is right, these are not policemen and not legally capable of securing a crime scene as they have no authority to do anything beyond immigration issues. They have no authority or rights at a protest or after an incident. So they have no right to prevent a physician attending the scene beyond their guns and bully boy tactics.

These armed people are NOT law enforcement officers. They have NO authority on the streets. Nothing. Nada. Zip.

People are saying on this very forum "lock him up, its cold blooded murder" without awareness or assessment of the full facts. Trial by social media at its very finest
Yes. I'm sure the judge will take into full consideration some posts on a Spurs forum when considering his verdict and sentencing.

The other question I asked is probably just a little more important when looking for a fair outcome.

I don’t know why I even bother, but it’s hard for me to comprehend how anyone could watch the videos of that and justify the use of lethal force. Ending someone’s life for that. If someone came at me with a car with that trajectory (basically turning away from me) I would jump out of the way like any sane person would.

He’s set out to kill her, that’s all. Such low speed, the way she’s looking, the way she’s turning the wheel she’s clearly just steering round him. There’s no intent to weaponise a vehicle. She’s just driving off and her comments imply she knows they will knock on her door later.

The fact that it appears he (at least someone close by) as well says “fudging bitch” says a lot. Tiny penis, fake army wanabee who fancied killing someone.

The hoops people jump through to defend brick like this. You don’t have to a “left winger” scary boogeyman hiding under a bed to call it what it is, you just need a set of eyes. Many of the people defending it know what they are, so does everyone else.
