Season 2012-13 / 2011-12 Comparison Thread

Even more astonishingly coloured graphs added. Hopefully I can make them look better with time.

Here's a taste:

Eventually I hope to have graphs for all clubs up to date on the blog and any other useless way of displaying stats that I can think of.

Swansea home (3-1)
Stoke home (1-1)
Villa away (1-1)
Sunderland away (0-0)
Reading home (3-0)
QPR away (lost 1-0)
Man Utd home (1-3)

Hopefully after these games we're in the + column.

Our next 6 fixtures got us 6 points last season. Now is our chance to improve on last year before we hit a run of 5 wins from 5.

All graphs in the blog now updated. There you can see why Reading and Wigan will get relegated, why Saudi Sportswashing Machine and Sunderland should worry about QPR and Southampton's improving form and why United will win the league.

We are -1 points for the equivalent fixtures last year. If we get more than a point against Stoke (draw last season) we are finally in profit (+1)

Last 17 games last season 6-5-6 23 points
First 17 games this season 9-2-6 29 points

Don't know how you compare our results between different seasons but beating ManU away after all those years deserves ++1000 points ! That itself means we have already done 100 times better than the last 20 seasons combined !

Still one point behind last season with our next two games away at bottom half teams. Both matches ended as draws least season.

Relegated teams still likely to come from Reading, Southampton, QPR and Wigan. Fulham with just 1 win in their last 10 matches.

Quite a bit of movement over the last two rounds.

So the West Ham, Southampton & Reading points difference are based on there recent Premier League season I'm guessing?

18. Bolton
19. Blackburn
20. Wolves

1. Reading
2. Southampton
3. West Ham

1 replaces 18, 2 replaces 19, 3 replaces 20.

Cheers for posting and updating guys.

That looks pretty promising :)

In the interview yesterday AVB listed the tough away games we've been to so far, from what I understand it seems that for us the second half of the season might be just a touch easier than the first half.
