Which in turn will result in Roman throwing in the keys and walking away ... then Chelsea go into liquidation with Stamford bridge being sold off to a developer.
Their "hard-core" fans then try to revive the Chelsea team in the lower leagues but jump ship when the club is fined for racist chants and fighting amongst themselves.

Barkley turned down a move to Chelsea on the final day of the summer transfer window because he wanted to get himself fit before making a decision over his future.
Chelsea have renewed their interest in Barkley now he is nearing a full recovery from his hamstring injury and are willing to pay to sign him in January, even though the midfielder is yet to play for Everton this season and will be out of contract in the summer.
Tottenham Hotspur have also been tracking Barkley, but are more inclined to wait for him to become a free agent before making a move. There is still time for Spurs to change their approach and seriously rival Chelsea this month, but the Blues have moved into the driving seat over Barkley.
It is believed both Everton and Chelsea would rather settle Barkley’s future before the final days of the January transfer window after the saga ran the length of the summer.

Barkley will not sign in Jan when he can wait till the summer and earn a bumper pay day. He has been out injured half the season anyway so him waiting won't bother him
