Thanks Nigeyman, I have been here before under the same username some years ago and had to start again as I forgot my login info and by the time I retrieved it I had lost my place. It's good to be back!

We always drag our feet about signing any players. But this time we managed to sign him early but took our own time to complete his medical instead. Atleast we managed to complete the signing without any problems !:p

With Soldado deal completed, we only need to sign the following players to strengthen the squad further :
Hulk
Dzagoev
Pastore
Bernard
Lamela
A quality defender

We can then forget about Bale and dream about challenging for the league title !\o/

Don't worry. Levy and Lewis will make sure we get more than 100m plus either Di Maria, Coentrao or Morata for Bale. We can use any extra money to buy Damiao or Suarez as well. Just imagine, we will then have a virtually new team who are capable of winning honours regularly. \o/

The silent D is actually what we in Spain call a deaf moveable consonant, which can also be a mute passenger. It's not uncommon for his name to be pronounced Soldao, or even Solao - but then you're getting to o's and a la in between them, so it's actually o'la'la'la, like the Fugees song. And therefore - O'la la la, it's the way of the goals that he keeps banging in. O'la la la, it's the way that Soldado keeps doing his thing.

I just wanna call him Daddy, if that's ok with you.
