Roberto De Zerbi *OFFICIAL*

Out of interest how many on here regularly view Tik Tok, X and other such sites? I would like to write I don't but I have used You Tube to watch videos of old Spurs games and how to bugger up repairs at home plus some links for Spurs stuff on here for other such sites, always feel a bit of a hypocrite after as I've said I never use them, just an other reason I'll burn in hell for eternity.
I avoid all of that, I watch games, and keep an eye on this place.

That’s it.

Are you sure you're not me?! 🤔😆

I hope they don’t let Andreas Georgsen go. He has made a massive difference. Retaining him would at least be evidence that RDZ is pragmatic, flexible, and knows a good thing where he sees one.
It does make me laugh, this idea that being good at set plays is somehow not a good thing. Be good at all the fundamentals and become a better side every week, its fairly simple

YouTube mainly snooker & spurs vids & this place. Can't be bothered with social media

Sounds promising, in that something is needed to lift the players out of the funk they seem to have been in and if they are feeling enthusiasm after one training session, then maybe we will get that new manager bounce we so desperately need.

10/10 to Gold, making up such a lovely story "telling close friends" ........ how would he know? Reads like something a 11 year old would say

Two things I liked about the first training session with De Zerbi

1. He repeatedly said 'Enjoy the ball!' meaning he wants the players to have the ball, and enjoy that, not treating it like a bomb!
2. He also said 'to get the ball you have to move!'
We've been awfully static, standing around waiting most of the games. Seems he's spotted that and will address that. Good!

I use X quite a bit. Lots of crap there, but I've set it up pretty well now, so don't see so much of the crap, and mostly get the stuff I'm interested in. Likewise with youtube.
Don't use any other unsocial media. Zuckerberg can shove a long pole up his bottom and rotate on it. I'm not touching his platforms!

If he can get that in their heads, then I’d say that’s the best we could hope for at this point. We’ve been woeful is both departments for a long time, as you say.

Isn’t it a pretty common journalistic device? You see it in politics reporting all the time? ‘Allies of so and so say…’

Either a player has told an agent who has told Gold. Or it’s a player directly and this is the way deniability is kept.

Indeed. Does sound promising and I also think it shows up the brick show of a season so far where the decision makers have ignored what the players might respond to and forced their own will on to them. They should know when hiring Frank and Tudor whether the players are likely to respond well.
