But it's an open market and he's a very good player. Other Super League clubs will want him, so we'll have to pay a fair price and hope he's enjoying it here to sway the competition in our direction.

Well Juve were desperate for him, but couldn't get Vlahovic out the door to raise enough funds. After his performances in Serie A last season, I'm sure all their other big clubs would be keen too. He's also very highly regarded in Germany, if Kane decides to switch to Barca.

I don't think his performances at Juve would have attracted that sort of interest - 1 in 2 goal rate with the bulk coming in a purple patch. Lots of games without impacting or scoring - he's a player that won't really attract interest from anyone higher in the pecking order for us to worry about. This obviously works in our favour if we think he's worth pursuing - shown some promise so far
