Preseason 2014

Without quality signings in key positions - up front, left midfield/wing, CB, play-maker, I think we will end up much the same as last season, even if Poch is as good a coach as some say he is. Because we still have the same flaws which will be exposed against good Premier opposition.

Soldado has played more in pre-season and not really done wrong. Ade coming back from ilness etc.

Soldado with Kane , Lamela and Eriksen behind him would be good.
 
We should sell Naughton & Dawson, that's been apparent from the friendlies that we've played, neither is good enough for a sustained push towards the top 4.

really? except for CB, i'm happy to go with what we have. but i'm happy for us challenging for 4th nothing more. this is afterall a(nother) transitional season.
 
Eriksen has been awful in pre season so far. I do though think the minute the whistle goes against West Ham he'll switch it on.
