Questions have implications too - yours, in its context, seems to excuse violence.A reasonable question.
"Excuse violence" who was being violent in that situation? Not the soldiers.Questions have implications too - yours, in its context, seems to excuse violence.
Anyhoo, this is about a dingdong of an ICE agent - not our own ickle thread.
Not particularly if it was part of the school curriculum or children's organisations were sending kids towards it I would have concerns. Currently it's up to kids to join as a responsible parent I wouldn't let my kids join until I have checked it out. 3 councils out of what 300 doesn't sound very Soviet communist playbook to me Have the Labor Government come out & endorsed this.
Just to clarify I think stuff related to fascism & neo Nazis should be taught in schools not on websites. Both my kids learnt about fascism during WWII History classes & visiting the Sydney Jewish museum far more impactful than a website. If that doesn't steer you clear of fascism nothing will

Its interesting that the coalition pushing for this are the Tory party and the teaching unions - not normally natural bedfellows.Potential ban of under 16 ban on social media, one for people to lose their sh1t over but likely one in which is needed.
If you look at how adults are using the platforms it only stands to reason that kids need protecting from it.
Maybe governments are overstepping into parenting but given the number of parents there must be spouting utter nonsense online, racism, noncery etc then maybe thats for the best
AgreedIts a very good idea anyway. I think social media and plastic in food are the two great new harms to humanity of this century (corporate greed, environmental destruction and social injustice we inherited from the previous one)
And yet here you both are on social media.
Plenty of brick here just look at your post history.Which corelates to the pitfalls of under 16s being exposed to sh1t on platforms like X how? That's right, it doesn't, nice try though
In the same way @Gutter Boy avoidance of plastic food doesn't mean he starves himself to death I imagine

Gutterboy and Luton were telling us England isn’t real the other day.
This thread is a bin fire.
