They are already a complete irrelevance. Because most people that used to vote tory such as myself will never ever vote for them again.

What did they do so wrong from your perspective? They did a good job with Brexit. They've destroyed public services, which was a long held ambition. And they've shifted political discourse way right - Starmer is far more right wing than say Heath or Major were.

What is the grumble - just the Boris Wave immigration? Or all the psycho-dramas of a crumbling third term government? Or something else?

Which country is this? The U.K. right now has a left wing government that has the public sector as its only client and shut down the Rwanda plan on day one?

Are you confusing us with the USA?

Yes the opposition to this has taken a relatively extreme position right now but not as extreme as the left wing opposition was under Corbyn.

The current government is less left wing that Thatcher was tbf
