That’s the thing how high in the courts does the sign off need to be. Think the judges involvement was removed at a re reading of the bill. Courts are clogged up as it is.

Hence my feeling it’s very murky.

Replaced by a three person panel of experts, to include a physchologist

I'm in favour of it re; human agency.
