Not with the public. Johnson's approval is increasing in the polls
Speaks volumes about ’the public’.

This is the absence of a solution. A hardening of the border.https://www.irishtimes.com/business...cks-for-cross-border-trade-1.4007674?mode=amp
As if by magic, the unsolvable problem is solved.
Both sides have stated they will not be carrying out border checks - that's about as close to no border as it gets. This is the absence of a solution. A hardening of the border.
Thing is, i think we've had 'peak Corbyn' as well.Corbyn should play the waiting game. Johnson is doing enough damage to himself to let the thing play out for a while. If Johnson chooses not to enact the bill in October then he won't last long.

Corbyn is not the long term answer to any question I can think of, but for now all he has to do is watch Boris self-immolate.That might play well to his hardcore support and staunch remainers, but I doubt it'll do his standing much good outside of those groups.
Both sides have the stated desire to have no border checks, but this is an inevitable consequence of a no deal or hard brexit. There will be infrastructure and checks, and on both sides, and these preparations have been in progress for some time. Your idea of one way checks on the EU side would just mean that the border will become the sphincterless anus of the EU with brick flowing continuously into the UK.Both sides have stated they will not be carrying out border checks - that's about as close to no border as it gets.
The EU won't have border checks. There's no end of people on that side telling us that. Both sides have the stated desire to have no border checks, but this is an inevitable consequence of a no deal or hard brexit. On both sides actually, but they are just managing the message. There will be checks. The EU won't have border checks. There's no end of people on that side telling us that.
Of course there will, but not on the border. That would be political suicide for anyone who does so.On both sides actually, but they are just managing the message. There will be checks.
So Jezza's been presented with a 'big girl's blouse' outside his house, apparently.
There will be border checks and other checks in a processing facility close to the border. There will be policing and all the brickstorm that follows this. I know what is coming so I don't need to speculate on this.Of course there will, but not on the border. That would be political suicide for anyone who does so.

I was talking about goods not people. Either way that is an ignorant post.Only Northern Ireland. Greek and Italian economic migrants won't be allowed to cross the sea - we'll have to build refugee camps for them in the soggy cow fields of County Fermanagh
So how many of us are ready to vote for the party led by the albino, racist, elitist, supporter of the interests of millionaires?
