He had to junior minister roles in that time.

As an example I think it was him that was in charge of implementing the ID cards act way back when. Yet the other day he abolishes any modern policy on bringing them in. So are they a good idea or bad idea Andy?. It would be interesting to know his reasons, but in simple terms he's changed his mind on them.

Hmmm…I’d admire your faith in his good nature. His actions over the last few months have me doubting that tbh.
