No, I don't think that Palestinians should be collectively punished. I think civilians should move out of designated target areas when warned to, and I think those protecting and hiding the Hamas terrorists should be treated as combatants.

So any occupied territory that Palestinians want to get back and ask Israelis to gtfo of their land they should move or accept their life is worthless?

Once the fighting has finished, there will be no need for the areas to be evacuated.

They could, of course, speed that up by informing the Israelis where the terrorists are hiding and not helping to form human shields.

Wow. Hamas are so fudging quick at building tunnels aren't they?

They can build an entire tunnel complex underneath UNRWA buildings (along with entrances and security stations in those buildings) in a matter of days after they move out.

We should hire them to do all our roadworks, they'd have the M5 sorted overnight.

These were abandoned building. How have you moved on to tunnels. Honestly it is hilarious how deleted you come across.

As claimed by the same people who keep telling us there's nothing to see here, looks the other way.

There are tunnels under UNRWA buildings - that doesn't happen in the days after the building is abandoned.

The UNRWA takes this kind of ting very seriously, it even points that out on its own "this is the truth, everything else you've heard is made up" webpage. They "systematically condemn" such actions. They "systematically condemn" them so hard that the most recent example they can find of them doing so was more than a decade ago.

The thing is that this idea that it belongs to Israel is based on the very religious concepts he riles against. And if he claims he was being flippant (he will) then he used that to avoid addressing the issue of the West Bank. Either way he is losing this argument intellectually and from a position of integrity. It's glorious to watch him make a clown of himself constantly on here. Maybe he can get over his complex some day and stop this rubbish....... But I doubt it
