I agree Maddison is a good face for the club, but a World Cup winning ever present who signed a new contract when his stock is highest and we're brick, while being the best in his position at the tournament.

Hahaha, its why when I was there the club Dr could not find the players when we were trying to coordinate their red zone tests during covid. No shock it was Ndombele and Lamela missing........they were found 2 hours later in the swimming pool.

Just to note he wasn't ever present. He played 5 of their 7 games.
