Sources: Levy in talks today as Tottenham to offer stunning £130m for player in fees & wages

Daniel Levy will hold new talks today as Tottenham attempt to seal the sensational signing of Juventus playmaker Paulo Dybala, Football Insider can reveal.
The Champions League runners-up have turned their attention to prising the Argentina international from Italy before the transfer window shuts in what would be an extraordinary last-gasp deal.
Levy will not offer anywhere near that sum but is ready to hand the 25-year-old a five-year contract worth £250,000-a-week including some generous bonuses.
Getting a deal worth £130million over the line so late in the window will be extremely tricky for Tottenham and their long-standing chairman despite a genuine willingness to get it done, but he will fresh attempts during negotiations today.
Mauricio Pochettino has made it clear he is a big fan of his countryman and would regard him as an outstanding addition to his team, as Spurs also work on the loan signing of Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona.
Tottenham have been in talks all summer about signing Giovani Lo Celso from Real Betis but have failed to reach an agreement over the fee, and discussions have also taken place about signing Bruno Fernandes of Sporting Lisbon.
The possibility of signing Dybala, or Coutinho, is likely to be even more mouthwatering for the club, who are set to sell Christian Eriksen before the European windows shut at the end of the month.
